Cannell Capital Partners is focused on value add multifamily assets that have the opportunity to implement management improvements and deploy capital to grow net operating income.

We focus only on markets that have strong population and job growth so we can enjoy a vibrant resident base. We screen the neighborhood and submarket against metrics including crime, schools, retail and residential grade.

Assets that meet our acquisitions criteria allow us to put in place efficient property management and the ability to renovate units to accelerate rent growth.

Our acquisition targets remain in the $10M to $20M range. Large enough for operational scale and efficiency, but are not targeted by the largest institutional investors. This segment of the market will continue to thrive as tenants demand safe, clean and modern apartment units in good locations.
